In an exciting, culinary celebration, commissioned by the Diriyah Company and The Saudi Ministry of Tourism titled “ Threads of Saudi” Chef Nawal AlKhalawi joined forces with Celebrity Chef Tyler Lawrence of Miller & Lux to create a memorable dinner experience at the fourth annual World Economic Forum Urban Transformation Summit in San Francisco. This exclusive gathering brought together esteemed guests, including H.E. Ahmed Al-Khateeb, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Tourism, to explore the possibilities of urban transformation and connect over a truly distinctive meal.

With a vision to highlight the richness of Saudi cuisine, the chefs developed a collaborative menu that showcased the country’s flavors in a modern, elegant setting. The evening began with a selection of canapés, allowing guests to sample a variety of Saudi-inspired bites, followed by a four-course menu that infused traditional Saudi ingredients and cooking techniques.
